Please enter 2-3 date options for your field trip. Note that field trips are available Tuesdays through Thursdays and can be scheduled for up to 3-hr stints between 9am-3pm daily.

The standard field trip time frame is 10am-1pm, including a lunch period for your group. We can host 2-3 activities during each field trip. The exact schedule will be dependent on DHR's staff availability and any restrictions that may be present (burn bans, etc). Potential activities include barnyard, greenhouse, fishing, nature hike, craft, s'mores ($3 extra per person), or sports/games.

Field Trip Rates: $10 per attendee (student/client or parent). Any paid support staff (teacher, aid, etc) for an attendee is complimentary. Each group must agree to a minimum of $200 per field trip fee (equivalent to 20 people at $10 each). This helps cover basic costs needed to continue offering the field trip program at DHR.

How do you plan on paying for the field trip?

Need an invoice sent to me before the event so our school/org can cut a check

Will you provide your students with a permission slip in advance of field trip?

*If not providing your own permission slip, we do recommend you collect signature from each participant/guardian of minor on the DHR waiver form. A printable version can be found at downhomeranch.org/visitorwaiver - You can turn in all forms on the day of your field trip.
